Goedken led the Spartans to
an undefeated conference season (7-0) with the 24-6 win over
Lakeland College, AU's ninth win of the year, tying a school record
for wins. He had a team-high seven tackles, two tackles for loss
(seven yards) and two quarterback hurries on the afternoon. His
presence in the middle of the Spartan defense (ranked third in
Division III) held Lakeland to 41 yards rushing in the game and just
183 on the day.

career receiving categories (receptions, yards and touchdowns).

the BU punter. Goff responded by averaging 37.8 yards per punt (5
punts), while going 2-2 on PAT kicks in a pressure-filled game. He
also averaged 51.7 yards on kickoffs in the less-than-desirable
weather conditions or a constant light rain and cross-wind.

141. Copeland's long run of 46 yards accounted for the Cougars'
first score, and he later added a pair of two-yard scores, the
latter of which proved to be the difference.

the ground on 36 carries (2.5 yards per carry) on the afternoon. He
also played well in the secondary, breaking up four passes.

touchdown. In the third quarter, the receiver went in motion, took a
handoff and scored on a 41-yard run around right end. The nine
catches for 145 yards were both season and career high marks for the
rookie .

season total to five on the season.

kickoff for 36 yards.

quarter. Borsellino, also a wide receiver, caught two passes for 59
yards and was the team's leading rusher with seven carries for 32
yards. In all, Borsellino accounted for 274 all-purpose yards.
